Married to a Mendham Township native, Cynthia is a 2019 transplant into the Mendham Township community. Cynthia has two young boys (8) and (2), and is watching them grow up in the same school district as their dad who graduated from Mendham Township Elementary and West Morris Mendham High School.
Cynthia has dedicated her career to working in the helping field. Cynthia is originally from Long Island, NY, and found a home for herself in New Jersey after graduating from Drew University where she was a four year varsity swim team member. She started her career as a swim coach going from her first coaching experience at Bucknell University, to rebuilding a struggling YMCA swim team in Hackensack, NJ; and then building a thriving swim school and college swim team at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
It was during that tenure at Fairleigh Dickinson that Cynthia decided to get her Masters in Clinical Mental Health and eventually became dually licensed as Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, and a Mental Health Counselor in New York.
As a therapist, Cynthia focuses on clients struggling with a myriad of life issues including marital, substance, and most recently specializing in adoption related issues. Cynthia has been proudly involved in the Mendham Stigma Free task force for the last three years, and has been involved in community outreach and connection.
